        Here are some choices for your 2012 Registration with Sarasota Masters:

             1. Register online. It is fast and easy!  Add $7 for FACT. After you have registered, you will be able to print out a copy of your membership card.   Then send
                         Bob Coulter a check for $15 to be on our team.

             2. Register with a hard copy from Arlington or a member. Contact any officer to have a copy mailed to you.

                        Please be sure to select FACT and then SARF as the team (dropdown box).  Additionally, please bring a copy of your new USMS card to practice

                        and give it to Coach.

             Mail the registration form and a check made out to Sarasota Masters Swim Team to;

             You will receive your new membership card, a new SARF competition cap and information to get you ready for the new season!
