         Here are the five easy steps to your 2009 Registration with Sarasota Masters!

         1. Open the 2009 Registration Form.       

         2. You have three options here:

             Fill it out online and print. This reduces errors due to questionable penmanship.

            OR  print it first and fill it out manually.

            OR  get a hard copy from Arlington or a member. Contact any officer to have a copy mailed to you.

         3. Mail the registration form and a check made out to Sarasota Masters Swim Team to            

             Bob Coulter     3145 Paar Circle     Pt Charlotte    Florida     33981 

              4. You will receive your 2009 membership card and information to get you ready for the new season!

         5. Now, get swimming!
